Biography:

Casey brings a wealth of experience to the Green Consulting Partners team from his background in municipal permitting and local entitlement processes. Mr. Daniels has leveraged his background in local compliance to help clients navigate the nuances of local and state cannabis business licensing programs.

 

Casey is adept at drafting comprehensive, compliant, and intuitive business and operating plans with deference to the client’s vision for the project – integrating procedures and proposals into fluid yet precise finished products. Mr. Daniels also focuses on zoning analyses, reviewing business proposals, and technical aspects of local and state licensing. Casey has worked with clients in nearly every sector of the cannabis industry, including Dispensaries, Cultivation Operators, Distributors, Manufacturers and even Testing Facilities.  

 

While in Law School Casey focused his studies on Environmental Law and Policy and was a member of the Notre Dame Environmental Law Society. He worked as a Summer Associate for a boutique firm focusing primarily on business law. Casey draws on his environmental and business law experience to assist cannabis businesses with complex environmental compliance issues as well as important start-up and corporate maintenance considerations.

 

Prior to committing to the cannabis space, Mr. Daniels worked as an analyst for an international wireless service provider assisting with the nationwide implementation of micro cell-sites and the acquisition of requisite municipal permitting. Through the project Mr. Daniels gained experience deciphering municipal regulations, communicating with regulatory personnel, and navigating the entitlement permitting process. In addition to compiling and submitting permit applications, Mr. Daniels worked alongside the engineering team to draft site plans to comply with municipal regulations and unique development standards. Mr. Daniels’ permitting and compliance skill set affords Green Consulting Partners a discernible advantage when it comes to cannabis business licensing.
